Just establish that he's very evil and then simply allude to his evil acts...the human imagination will take over the rest and probably do a better job than a few words ever could. I haven't really figured out what I'm going to write for NaNoWriMo. I have this very detailed setting for it, I just haven't decided which story I want to bring out.
