OpenOffice 3.0 has been released – and the OpenOffice servers are really slow
– I have been using the Release Candidates and Beta versions for a while now, and 3.0 is pretty nice and solid. In my opinion it definitely gives MS Word a run for its money. And not only is it truly cross platform – 3.0 is finally natively available for Mac OS X – it’s also free.
I write everything with OpenOffice. And if you haven’t tried it yet, download it, check it out.
