It’s a slow Sunday… But I created something new:

I didn’t create image or font, just the logo and the composition. What do you guys think?
I whipped up a quick and dirty Jump Route “cover” before. Here’s another take on a possible Jump Route logo:

I kinda like this.

An attempt at a logo design for a fantasy Mars:

Not perfect, but not too bad either if I may say so myself. Just needs some work.
Update: I updated the image and added a caption, too – “Under the Moons of Mars”, the original title of “A Princess of Mars“. I actually like it now.
Update II: I moved this from my personal blog in an attempt to clean up the later…
Just experimenting.

Jump Route: Cover Design

Here’s my latest entry to the CD-Cover game – I haven’t posted these in a while. And, before you ask: #8 is not missing, but the licensing of the base image I used changed so it’ll have to wait until I clear that up.

Cliffside: The Best Accessory
Original Art: Senales, by José María Pérez Nuñez; cc-by-nc.
From the looks of it, Cliffside is probably an “artsy” band…

“I was going to write like James Branch Cabell, which would have taken a lot of doing. Before that, I was going to write like Rafael Sabatini, and like Talbot Munday, and like Rider Haggard, and even, God help us, like Edgar Rice Burroughs. … Eventually I decided to write like H. Beam Piper, only a little better. I am still trying.”
